A Solicitor and Advocate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, she obtained an LLB from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria in 2003. A Strategy and Business Development Consultant specializing in Human Capital, Market Planning and Mapping. She is also a certified Professional Negotiator and Mediator (PNM). She started her legal career at O.M. Finni & Co in 2004 as a Legal Assistant, and then worked with Roli Harriman & Co as Head of Chambers and Business Development Manager, where she participated in the development of a Paralegal curriculum in Nigeria and also set-up the Daibo Paralegal Institute. She joined Sea Petroleum and Gas Limited in 2009 and headed their Foundation. In 2011, she joined Capitalfield Investments & Trust as Head of Legal and Human Resource Unit. She responded to a call for National Duty where she was assigned to go on a mission to Belize as a Legal Advisor to the Government of Belize. Against this background, she requested and was given a leave of absence for two (2) years to heed the National call. Winifred returned to the country and was promptly reintegrated into Capitalfield she currently holds the position of Head of Strategy and Business Development.
