A seasoned Strategic Human Resource practitioner with almost two decades of experience, he started his career as a Human Resource Officer with Jak Design & Group, Lagos staff from where he moved to De United Foods Industries as Human Resource Advisor. He joined C & I Leasing Plc as Assistant Manager and later Human Resource Manager then proceeded to Silverbird Group as Group Head Human Resources and Administration. His expertise is in Human Resource Strategy, Performance Management, Coaching and Mentoring, Organizational Development and Change, HR Planning and Forecasting amongst others. Osahon holds a BSc Degree in Business Management from the University of Maiduguri, Borno State, a life member of Administrative Staff College of India as well as a Chartered Human Resource consultant from Canadian Association of Business Administration. He joined Capitalfield Investment Group in 2015 as Group Head Human Resources and Administration.
