A Solicitor and Advocate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, he holds an LLM degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria with specialization in Secured Credit transactions and Comparative Company Law.

He has had over two decades of work experience in various financial institutions. He cut his teeth in Banking at Nigerian American Merchant Bank Limited and thereafter worked at various times with Victory Merchant Bank Ltd., Industrial & General Insurance Co. Ltd, Standard Trust Bank Ltd and Asset Plus Finance Ltd where he resigned as an Executive Director.

Over the years, he has acquired vast skills and experience in legal and corporate services, equipment leasing, corporate banking and credit administration. He has attended various courses and seminars in various areas of banking, credit, Equipment leasing and Energy, amongst others.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA); the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) an Associate Member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria and the Institute of Directors (IOD).

He holds an MBA degree from Business School Netherlands (BSN) and is adequately equipped for transformational leadership with various certifications (CLS, BSSE, and LCOR) from Harvard Business School. He is also an alumni of Lagos Business School.

He is an entrepreneur with a passion for building strategic business enterprises with a great drive for excellence on all levels.

He readily lends his experience and professional services in support of Capitalfield Investment Group Ltd. He is the Principal Architect of Davidson Konsult, the MD/CEO of De-Davidson Investment Limited and a director of Misty-Kay Ventures. He is also on the Board of several other companies.

GT Aliu

A 2nd class Upper graduate of Political Science from the prestigious University of Ibadan in Nigeria, he holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Lagos. Over the years, he has continuously added value to himself as shown in the impressive number of courses he has attended. Within the space of 34 years, he has attended over 20 courses including the ECOWAS Workshop, Effective Communication Skill Programme, Change Leadership in a Customs Environment, UK; Advanced Leadership Training on Ethical Leadership Managing Change, Canada among others. With work experience spanning over three decades in Customs Service, GT Aliu retired as Deputy Comproller-General in June, 2015. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Studies. His wealth of knowledge and experience makes him an asset to the company.

Mrs. Caroline Olumudi

Mrs. Olumudi is an international business woman with interest in the solid minerals extraction, foods and confectionery, real estate and the capital market. A 1983 graduate of Language Arts, her experience spans over 30 years both in the civil service and in business. Mrs. Olumudi is the Managing Director of Carbol Ventures Limited.
